SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The Pacific Crest Weekend begins on Friday morning and
the Celebration continues through Sunday. The weekend
festival will include a Health & Fitness Expo, great
food, beer garden, live entertainment, fun, camaraderie,
and to top it off, some of the best competitive racing
you will find in the country.
NOTE: All special events take place in the Sunriver
Athlete Village unless noted otherwise. Also note -

FRIDAY – PRE-RACE PASTA FEED &
BRIEFING
A Pasta feed will be held at
the Athlete Village (official Finish Line) beginning
at 5:30 p.m. The PRE-RACE BRIEFING will be held from
7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Participants will have the
opportunity to ask questions. Live entertainment (one-man
entertainer Michael Johns) from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30
p.m. Dinner Cost: $8.00 Adults, $3.00 Kid's (age 12
& under). Tickets will be available at packet
pickup or at the door. Family and friends are welcome.
(Included in entry fee for Half-Iron and Endurance
Duathlon)
BIKE SHUTTLE
TO T-1/SWIM-BIKE TRANSITION
Have your bike transported
to T-1/Swim-Bike Transition (Gull Point/Wickiup Reservoir)
from registration in Sunriver, eliminating the need
to travel to the lake prior to the race. Bring your
bike to the Cog Wild Shuttle booth at the Athlete
Village after picking up your packet and putting your
number on your bike. COG WILD will safely transport
your bike to T-1 for $10.00 per bike where it will
be placed at your transition space.

SATURDAY DINNER & AWARDS CEREMONY
A Saturday night dinner is scheduled
at the Athlete Village (official finish line) starting
at 5:00 p.m. The awards ceremony will take place for
the Half-Iron & Endurance Duathlon beginning at
5:00 p.m. Live entertainment (Johnny
Limbo and the Lugnuts) will perform from 6:00
p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on the main stage in the Athlete
Village. Dinner Cost: $10.00 Adults, $4.00 Kid's (age
12 & under). Tickets will be available at packet
pickup or at the door. Family and friends are welcome.
(Included in entry fee for Half-Iron and Endurance
Duathlon).

Johnny
Limbo and the Lugnuts have signed on as the featured
musical guest for the Saturday night celebration.

Limbo and the Lugnuts
Starting as a party gag in 1978, Johnny Limbo and
the Lugnuts have become one of the most popular bands
to perform the classic hits from the 50's and 60's.
The Lugnut's fame has spread beyond the Pacific Northwest,
dazzling audiences from Washington State to Washington,
D.C. Their performances have been enthusiastically
received at corporate parties, civic celebrations,
fairs, fund raisers, concert halls,conventions and
televised events.

GULL
POINT ON WICKIUP RESERVOIR: is located
3.3 miles south of FS Hwy 42 on FS Road 4260, and
1.3 miles south of Twin Lakes Resort. From the Main
Entrance to Sunriver, turn right (west). It is .25
miles to the traffic light into the Sunriver Business
Park and 0.6 miles to the intersection of South Century
Drive (Hwy 42). Turn left (south) onto Century Drive
for 3 miles. Century Drive turns right (west) where
it meets Huntington Rd. Take the right turn remaining
on Century Drive. Century Drive becomes FS Hwy 42
and the intersection with FS Rd 4260 18.3 miles down
the road. You will see the sign for Twin Lakes Resort.
Turn left at this point onto FS Road 4260 and Gull
Point Boat Launch is 3.3 miles south.
