ONLINE CALENDAR LISTINGS

Our online calendar requires event directors to create a username and password to submit their event information to be listed on the RaceCenter.com online calendar. If you have entered events into our online calendar previously, then please UPDATE your old event dates for the following calendar year. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgot password” link and your password will be emailed to you.

Once events are submitted, then they are reviewed and posted within several days of submission. These online listings will also be used for the magazine’s print calendar (see details below about print calendar listings) that is produced five times each year (February/March, April/May, June/July, August/September and October-December). If you have a change to an existing event, this change can be administered by logging into the Event Calendar and making the correction.

Payment is required to guarantee that your events will appear in print in RaceCenter Northwest Magazine.

Payment is accepted through PayPal (secure credit/debit card transaction) or may be remitted to the address below.

1. OPTION 1 
   • BOXED / ENHANCED LISTING
   • COST: $95 per listing
   • Includes: Boxed Listing with date, larger/bold/ALL CAPS EVENT TITLE, distance(s), location, phone, Website

PREMIUM ONLINE EVENT LISTINGS

For only $3 per day, you can give your event additional exposure by purchasing a Premium Event Listing. This listing option will provide additional visibility for your event throughout the RaceCenter website.

Below is an example of the additional exposure offered for events that purchase the Premium Event Listing option. Events that purchase this listing option will be randomly rotated throughout the site in the “Upcoming Events” boxes. Please note: due to the limited number of listings in Upcoming Events boxes, listings will not be displayed 100% of the time, but will randomly throughout the site and will be highlighted on the online calendar.  Please inquire via the contact form at the bottom of this page if you have any additional questions or if you would be interested in learning about other online, print or eNewsletter advertising opportunities with RaceCenter.
