Virtual Race Instructions
Please read and make sure you follow all instructions for your 1-mile virtual race time to count!

To be listed in the official results and be eligible for prizes you must use Strava

Plan Your Route: Your course cannot have more than a 50ft net elevation drop. A loop or out and back course might be your best bet!

Record Your Run: Use Strava in race mode to record your mile (remember: plan your route ahead of time).

Did You Like Your Time?

If so, then submit your results
If not, DO NOT submit your results. Once you submit your results it is final, which means that if you plan to attempt the distance again, do not submit.
Submit Your Results: Once your run is completed, upload your results (time and Strava link).

Already submitted your results, but think you can do better? Just signup again and submit another donation = to the faster time you think you will run. Repeat the steps above.
