The 26th Annual Millennium Run

26th Annual Millennium Run – Florence, AL Florence’s premier New Year’s Day 5K returns January 1, 2026 at Shoals Christian School (301 Heathrow Dr.). Packet pickup opens 7:00 A.M. in the gym. The 5K starts at 9:00 A.M., followed by the 1-Mile Fun Run at 9:10 A.M. Awards begin 10:00 A.M. Registration: Early (through Dec 19): 5K $35, 1-Mile $25 (long-sleeve shirt included). Late (Dec 20–Jan 1): 5K $40, 1-Mile $30 (shirts while supplies last). Awards: Trophies for top overall male/female and masters (40+). Medals for top 3 in 10-year age groups (0–70+). Enjoy a fast, USATF-certified course, indoor warm-up space, coffee truck, and post-race refreshments. Proceeds support Shoals Christian School Athletics.
