SW5K

5K and 1 Miles Courses designed around a beautiful suburban setting along lightly used  roadways with good sidewalks and neighborhood asphalt trails. Volunteers along route help with turns and cheer you on. Lots of post-race festivities including awards presentation, free lunch, music and positive message, capped with free hand scooped ice cream.  Part of an ongoing series for the community from July through August.
