Sri Chinmoy New Year's Day Half-Marathon
Join us for the Sri Chinmoy New Year's Day Half-Marathon, taking place on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at 9AM, featuring a scenic, flat and fast loop around historic Flushing Meadows Corona Park!

THE COURSE
A scenic, "pancake flat" and fast USATF certified 1.27-mile loop starting near the intersection of Ave. of Commerce and Ave. of Progress, passing the iconic World's Fair Unisphere, Queens Museum of Art and Fountain of the Planets.
Half-Marathon = 1x 0.36-mile start loop + 10x 1.274-mile main loops. Mile signs every mile along course.
All runners' laps counted.
HYDRATION
There will be one main aid station on the course next to Race-Day Central with water and Skratch Hydration.
RACE PACKETS
Choose Packet Shipping when registering, to avoid the lines on race day and have your shirt and bib delivered to your door before the race. Available through Dec. 18. Packets will ship out en masse on Dec. 20.
Otherwise, packet pickup is available at the race site from 8-8:45AM.
RACE SHIRTS
Custom race shirts, guaranteed for all participants registered by December 18.

POST-RACE PANCAKE BREAKFAST!
Hot pancakes are even more enjoyable when they're earned, and we're cooking them up fresh for everyone on race day! Toppings: REAL maple syrup, whipped cream, and more!
TIME LIMITS
3 hours, or a 13:45/mile minimum pace. (12 noon cutoff)
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Participants must be 16 years or older as of race-day to compete.
RESULTS
Results will be emailed to you and posted here on our race page within 24 hours
