Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness

Join us for the 14th annual running of this unique and popular 5K/10K race on July 19, 2025! This stroller-friendly event takes runners on a scenic course through the open green spaces and forested paths along the Tualatin River in Tigard's Cook Park and neighboring areas, offering a fun and memorable experience for all participants.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Ladybug CDH Foundation, whose mission is to: Raise public awareness about Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), a potentially life-threatening birth defect affecting 1 in 2,500 children annually.
