Buffalo Stampede: 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

The 5k course is gently rolling, scenic, relatively flat, fast, and takes participants through open country and past neighborhoods and parks. It has a downhill finish, offers you a great chance for a PR, and a tune-up for marathons. Courses are out and back and offer a safe route well marked by Area Wide Protective. Cheer Stations will be along the route to encourage runners and walkers! The 5k course starts at 7:30am, the fun run course starts at 7:45am, and both close at 9 am.
