Hyak Passage 25K

Formerly Rainshadow Running's Hyak Halloween 25K, Hyak Passage continues the same unmistakable tunnel-to-lake course under Cielo Running in 2026. Starting and finishing at Hyak Trailhead near Snoqualmie Pass, runners pass through the completely dark 2.25-mile Snoqualmie Tunnel twice, follow runnable gravel on the Palouse to Cascades Trail, and climb rooty, rocky singletrack to Annette Lake. The 15.5-mile course gains approximately 1,800 feet and offers two staffed aid stations and 7.5 hours of support. A headlamp is required. Entry is $139 through September 14 and $155 from September 15 through October 2, with no added registration-platform fee. Registration includes aid support, drop-bag service, professional race photography, a post-race meal, and a finisher award.
