The Big Hurt is a multi-sport race on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. The race consists of four legs – mountain bike, kayak, road bike, and run. Participants can race solo in the Iron Division, or can form a relay team. A portion of the proceeds benefits Peninsula Trails Coalition for the construction and maintenance of the Olympic Discovery Trail.
