Run With the Kokanee

Your entry to this flat and fun 5k and 10k run and walk helps support the Kokanee Salmon recovery work of the Bellevue-Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
The Kokanee are unique to Lake Sammamish and are in danger of becoming extinct. Some of Trout Unlimited’s work includes: protecting the Kokanee’s access to spawning areas, educating fisherman to properly identify Kokanee, educating residents about environmentally-friendly lawn care, and more.
The beginning of 2016, Bellevue/Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited received a $10,000 People Helping People Award from BECU for all the hard work this organization does!
Northwest Trail Runs events feature clearly-marked courses, well-stocked aid stations, friendly staff, and fun raffle and winner prizes given at the finish.
