Folsom Lake International Triathlon

The Folsom Lake International Triathlon is in its tenth year. The race is at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, featuring a lake swim, one lap road bike, and scenic trail run.
The Olympic-distance Triathlon, Super Sprint Triathlon, Oly Lite Triathlon and Aquabike will all be sanctioned by USA Triathlon, requiring an annual or one-day license with USAT. The open water swim is not a USAT sanctioned event. Included for each competitor is a swim cap, plus hot post-race meal, free athlete massage and a custom Folsom Lake International Triathlon Finisher Medal.
