ChiWalking Introductory Half-Day Workshop

Developed by an ultra marathoner Danny Dreyer, author of the ChiRunning and ChiWalking books, the ChiWalking technique will help you avoid injuries by improving posture and biomechanics; develop core strength and peripheral muscle relaxation; improve energy efficiency; and cultivate mind/body awareness. The workshop will be taught be ChiRunning & ChiWalking Certified Master Instructor Alice Peters Diffely (owner of Ease of Motion, Inc. in Portland, OR) and will take place from noon-3:50p.m. $105+/-.
