Seattle to Host Cinco De Mayo Fun Run on May 3

From Press Release –

FiestaOle3_smSeattle’s favorite (and only) Cinco De Mayo Fun Run is back! Slated for Saturday, May 3, ¡Fiesta 5K Ole! starts and finishes at Seattle’s Volunteer Park. Join over 3,000 Cinco De Mayo-themed participants and run this scenic loop course through the scenic neighborhood of Capitol Hill before being greeted by a post-run fiesta like none other! Don’t forget, costumes aren’t just okay, they’re encouraged. Ponchos, maracas, sombreros and pinadas are only some of the costumes you’ll see along the course.

FiestaOle1_smThere’s no time for a ciesta after this run though, once finished the fiesta really starts! The 107.7 The End Taco Truck Challenge features over 25 taco trucks, all vying for the title of Seattle’s Top Taco – voted on by attendees. Once you’ve finished the race and grabbed your grub, join us in the Bud Light Lime Beer Garden where you can relax, enjoy the sunshine, and listen to live entertainment brought to you by 107.7 The End. The 2014 outdoor concert will feature THE LEAGUES and TACOCAT live on stage throughout the day, along with live DJ sessions. Within the beer garden, if tacos, drinks and live music isn’t enough, we’ll also have a photo booth, along with lots of outdoor games to keep everyone having fun!

FiestaOle2_smTo help quench each runner’s thirst every race entry includes an awesome ¡Fiesta 5K Ole! Tech shirt, free admission into the post-run beer garden & concert AND one FREE Bud Light Lime-A-Rita on us to get your Fiesta started right!
