Seattle Hosting USA Triathlon Winter Seminar for Coaches & Athletes

The Pacific Northwest Region of USAT is sponsoring the 2016 Winter Seminar at the Washington Athletic Club in Seattle on Saturday, January 9th. Keynote speakers will be Ironman North American Champion Matt Hanson and 4x Xterra World Champion Melanie McQuaid. Additional supporting speakers include Julie Vieselmeyer, Ben Bigglestone, and Erik Moen who’ll be discussing mental conditioning, open water swim technique, bike fit, injury prevention, and nutrition. Coaches earn 6 USAT CE credits for attendance. Beginning and experienced athletes are invited to the seminar. Pricing starts at $25 for the Triathlon Clinic with discounts for USAT annual members. Proceeds support the USAT’s programs including youth, collegiate and para triathlon programs.
