DETAILS:
Run, walk, jog or crawl to celebrate the arrival of spring and the Irish in us all. The 35th St. Patrick’s Day Dash takes place on Sunday March 17, 2019 at Seattle Center. It began 35 years ago as a dash between bars and as a training event for an Irish Olympian. Now it’s SEATTLE’S ORIGINAL, and largest St. Patrick’s Day 5K where the winners cross the finish before the last person starts.

The St. Patrick’s Day Dash is a family event with something for everyone. The competition starts with parents trying to keep up with their little leprechauns, racers focused on first place, costumed fitness enthusiasts dashing through Downtown Seattle, and ends with the Post Dash Bash – – the most fun in the Beer Garden on St. Patrick’s Day.

Net proceeds of the Dash support local youth organizations and non-profits. On-going beneficiaries include See Ya Later Foundation, Outdoors For All, Technology Access Foundation, Girls on the Run, plus many other Northwest youth organizations and children’s charities.
