The last weekend in July in the Northwest means great weather, warm water temperatures and great mid-summer racing action. This year’s All Women’s Triathlon & Duathlon will be held on Saturday, July 30 at Blue Lake Park in Fairview, OR. The following day, the venue will host the (coed) Amica Mid-Summer Triathlon & Duathlon.
Both days will offer a sports and fitness expo, music, brunch, prizes, and a Kid’s Splash, Pedal-n-Dash on Saturday with the All Women’s event – one of Portland’s only youth triathlons.

All Women’s Triathlon & Duathlon – Saturday, July 30, 2011
Sprint Triathlon – 1/2mi Swim, 12mi Bike, 5k Run
Tri-iT Novice – 1/4mi Swim, 12mi Bike, 5k Run
Sprint Duathlon – 5k Run, 12mi Bike, 5k Run
Kid’s Splash Pedal-n-Dash – 50yd Swim, 1mi Bike, 1/4 mile Run

Sprint Triathlon – 1/2mi Swim, 16.1mi Bike, 5k Run
Tri-iT (novice) Triathlon – 1/4mi Swim, 16.1mi Bike, 5k Run

Olympic Triathon – 1.5k Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run
* The events are limited to 1000 entrant per day, so early registration is recommended.
Pre-race Packet Pickup (both events): Friday, July 29 at Fit Right NW Running & Walking Store, located at 2258 NW Raleigh St, Portland, Oregon (503) 525-2122, from 11am – 3:00pm.
