Dover Bay Weekend Sports Festival offers something for
the whole family. Festivities include music, food &
beverage (including our traditional Strawberry Shortcake),
fun/camaraderie, and great competition for all ages
and levels of ability. AA Sports, Ltd. is proud to bring
this new event to the NW Athletes.

THE
TRI-IT (NOVICE) EVENT is designed for the first timer,
and/or for those that do not care about awards and
want to participant with someone in a different division
(i.e. father and son). Tri-iT participants will be
timed, but will not be included in the awards. The
swim portion of the Tri-iT event is a ¼ mile swim
instead of the ½ mile Sprint distance.

PACKET
PICKUP / REGISTRATION INFORMATION
PRE-RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP: Saturday, August 4th,
at the "Homestead Barn", located at Dover
Bay Resort, from 11am - 5:00pm. Bike tech will be
on-site to support your bike needs, as well as other
vendor support. (This packet pickup will accommodate
Saturday and Sunday events, with the exception of
the Long Bridge Swim). Registration will be available
for all events.
DAY of RACE PACKET PICKUP AND REGISTRATION (Sunday
events): will take place at the "Homestead Barn"
(race site) beginning at 6:30 am until 8:30 am, 30
minutes prior to the start of the race. In order to
expedite the check-in process, please bring your confirmation
card that you receive in the mail, or check the official
website for your race number. Registration will be
available for all events.

Note!
Event parking, including packet pickup will
be adjacent to the Homestead Barn. Athletes will park,
check in, then take their gear across the wooden foot
bridge to the Transition Zone.
