Locals Win Rock ‘n’ Roll Portland Half Marathon

From Press Release – The second annual Rock ‘n’ Roll Portland Half Marathon came down to the wire, as Englishman Craig Hopkins and Aissa Dghoughi of Morocco were neck and neck through the final mile.
