DIVISIONS:
Individuals: 12-14, 15-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29,
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,
70-74, 75-79, 80 & over. And optional divisions:
Clydesdale's (men 198 lbs & over) and Athena's
(women 150 lbs & over) in Open (39 & under)
and Masters (40 & over) divisions
Note: Awards Ceremony will commence at the conclusion
of the event and winners must pick up their awards.
Awards will not be mailed.

RACE FESTIVITIES:
Each
day will include finish line food, music, awards ceremony,
sports expo, and above all fun and camaraderie.

Each participant will receive a Black Diamond commemorative
T-shirt.
TRANSPORTATION
BUS TRANSPORTATION TO NOLTE STATE
PARK ON RACE DAY
Buses will be provided to transport
participants and their family & friends from the
ATHLETE PARKING AREA located in Cumberland (1-1/2
miles north of Nolte State Park). The first bus will
leave at 6:30 a.m.
Buses will be available to return
athletes and spectators back to the ATHLETE PARKING
AREA throughout the day.
PARKING AT NOLTE STATE PARK
There is limited parking at Nolte State
Park. For the safety of the athletes, there will be
restricted parking areas on the road outside the park
on race day. Parking
is available at the park on Friday for packet pickup.
Parking is also available outside the park
on the roads on Friday.
MASSAGE
Post race massage will be provided by NW Sports Rehab

LOST
AND FOUND
Any equipment that is unmarked will be returned to
the lost and found officials for participants to claim.
Please come to the event with all personal belongings
marked with your race number.
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers, including spouses and other family members
of participants, or athletes that are unable to participate
are welcome and encouraged to help with the race.
We need good volunteers to maintain the quality and
safety of this event. If you are interested in being
